- FOB / CIF / EXW terms
- Sea freight (LCL or full container)
- Air freight for urgent orders
- Courier express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for small-volume samples or documents
Shipping terms and options will be confirmed during order negotiation.
2. Processing & Lead Time
- Standard production lead time: 15–30 business days, depending on order quantity and product complexity.
- Shipping schedules will be arranged upon order confirmation and production completion.
- For urgent orders, please inform our team in advance for priority handling.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on destination, volume, and shipping method. Costs can be:
- Included in the quotation (if agreed under CIF terms)
- Or paid by the buyer directly to the freight forwarder (under FOB/EXW terms)
4. Customs & Duties
All customs clearance, taxes, and import duties at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
We carefully pack and inspect all goods before shipping. However, if your shipment is damaged or delayed, please notify us immediately so we can assist with claims or resolution.
